Job summary

Zinc Work Ltd is seeking a hands-on Paid Social Specialist to lead LinkedIn campaigns and other paid channels. You will own strategy, budgets, testing, and reporting, driving pipeline growth and account-based marketing across the UK and expanding globally.

The role requires 3+ years in paid social, strong analytics, and experience with HubSpot, GA4, and Dreamdata. Collaboration with Social, Content, and Sales teams is essential for high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid social experience, predominantly LinkedIn.
• Proven track record running LinkedIn campaigns for a B2B SaaS business, ideally in-house, agency experience considered.
• Experience running account-based paid campaigns with CRM-synced audiences, alongside Sales.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Dreamdata for reports.
• Budget ownership and ability to tie spend to pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience conducting structured experiments across paid media channels.

Responsibilities

• Paid social campaign management: plan, build and launch LinkedIn campaigns, UK and global expansion.
• Own paid social strategy, budgets, pacing and forecasting; advise on performance and ROI.
• Perform regular A/B tests across ad types, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
• Identify and pilot emerging channels with scoped test plans and clear scale/kill decisions.
• Produce monthly spend, pipeline and ROAS reports using HubSpot and Dreamdata.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Commercial teams to align paid and organic efforts.
