Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Paid Media, you will be responsible for delivering the best results across Jellyfish's Paid Media clients and ensuring the quality of deliverables shared with clients. You will encourage innovation and the implementation of new technology while maintaining high standards to meet client requirements. We seek someone adaptable who can turn challenges into actionable solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Create an objective, auditable optimisation and analysis framework across all channels
2. Develop the paid media narrative in deliverables shared with clients
3. Implement data taxonomy and ensure 100% global compliance
4. Ensure seamless execution while delivering improved outcomes
5. Identify skills gaps and address them
6. Partner with client leads to strengthen relationships and grow the business
7. Lead channel POVs, drive innovation, and maintain direct contact with key clients
8. Develop new approaches and share successful results internally and externally
9. Deliver campaign excellence (On Time Launch, Campaign Pacing), effectiveness (KPI Delivery, Tech Adoption), and efficiency (media under management, Error Rate, Revenue per head)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across multiple Paid Media channels and platforms (Social, Search, Programmatic, SEO, etc.)
• Proficiency with campaign management and optimisation tools
• Experience in client-facing roles, building relationships, and providing strategic recommendations to national and global clients
• Experience in pitch teams and securing new business
• Passion for understanding clients, developing long-term relationships, and adding value
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions and develop strategies
• Creativity in generating ideas and experimenting with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues
