We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Paid Media Associate Director looking to develop their career within an ambitious and supportive agency committed to delivering innovative campaigns.

Our paid media team is a close-knit sub-team of 5 within a wider digital and social team of over 30, and a larger agency of over 180.
We’re looking for a talented individual who is ready to step into this strategic role. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn’t afraid to muck in and get hands-on with the team when needed. The Role As a Paid Media Associate Director, you will:
• Support the end-to-end management of paid media accounts, ensuring that campaigns align with client goals and are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
• Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various paid channels, with a focus on social, but potentially incorporating display, PPC, and programmatic, providing strategic insights and guidance.
• Be a primary point of contact for clients, offering consultancy on paid media strategies, budget planning, and data-driven performance improvements.
• Responsibility for client administration and reporting processes, including P&L updates, budget tracking, and ensuring timely and transparent client communications.
• Develop and deliver training for junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the team.
• Foster client growth, strategically responding to incoming client briefs and identifying opportunities for additional services for clients, growing client accounts in the process.
• Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and industry shifts to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving digital landscape. About You We’re looking for someone with:
• Proven experience in managing large-scale paid social campaigns and multi-channel media plans, across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance.
• Exceptional client management skills, adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting strategies, and handling feedback.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
• An innovative entrepreneur who can spot opportunities and build propositions to respond to them
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team with day-to-day tasks when needed, contributing directly to project success.
• A proactive approach to account management, able to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Interest in other paid digital channels such as PPC, YouTube, Google, and programmatic advertising. Experience in these areas is a plus but not required as training can be provided. Why Join Us?
