Then look no further than us here at GA Agency (Award Winning Agency)! We have a fantastic new permanent Paid Media Account Manager (Italian Speaking) position that has just opened with us as we are growing.

We are looking for an organised, creative and ambitious individual, who will work across multiple advertising platforms & clients. As a Paid Media Account Manager (Italian Speaking), you will help to support our Paid Media Senior Account Managers to lead a team of Account Specialists & Executives to deliver best-in-class paid media campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing With Us....

  • Developing and implementing paid media campaigns & strategies across paid search, paid social & programmatic platforms
  • Analysing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation and growth
  • Contributing to client communications (including weekly calls and business reviews) & delivering reports and strategies to key stakeholders
  • Provide line management guidance and support to direct reports, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to succeed
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients
  • Participate in business development proposals & pitches


What we are looking for:

Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in executing paid media campaigns & creating paid media strategies, working across platforms such as Google Ads & Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics & Looker Studio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to direct reports.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets and deliver results for clients.
  • Fluency in English to C2 level
  • Fluency in Italian to C2 level


The following would be an advantage:

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Fashion & Ecommerce
  • Experience running ads on other platforms such as Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and TikTok
