Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites undergraduates to join its One Year Management Placement Programme. This paid internship places you in a Birmingham retail environment where you’ll gain real responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• Accommodations available for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries and build rapport.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local partners and grow networks.
• Financial Control: understand cost control and P&L basics.
• Operations and Logistics: manage fleet, plan and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and develop team members.
