Enterprise Mobility offers a paid One Year Management Placement Programme, based in various retail branches across the UK. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentorship and potential for promotion.

As an Intern you’ll be part of a structured development path, receiving classroom and on‑the‑job training while contributing to the business from day one.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student applications accepted from all universities and subjects; assessed on competencies.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations for disability applicants.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve enquiries, and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, strategic planning, and performance driving.
• Leadership and Development: lead, mentor and train team members with growth opportunities to promote others.
