Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in the UK offers a paid internship within our One Year Management Placement Programme. Based in one of our retail branches, you’ll take on real responsibilities and gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Subject of study and grades do not matter; appetite for challenge required.
• Must show initiative and leadership skills.
• Willing to gain experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving inquiries, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team with opportunities to promote others.
