Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Worcester offers a One Year Management Placement Programme for undergraduates. As an Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations within a supportive, award-winning environment.

You’ll start in a retail branch with real responsibilities from day one, receive mentorship, classroom learning, and the potential to join the Graduate Management Training Programme after the placement.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students, assessed on competencies.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; exemptions for disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Engage with local business partners to grow network and relationships.
• Understand cost control and profitability through P&L awareness.
• Learn fleet management, planning, and operational performance.
• Lead and mentor teammates with opportunities to promote as you grow.
