Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Weston-super-Mare invites undergraduates to join the One Year Management Placement Programme as an Intern. You'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

From day one you'll be coached through classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, with real responsibilities and potential for promotion, performance bonuses, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students are eligible regardless of university attended or subject studied.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required (accommodations for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol offences on driving record within the last five years are required not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and grow your network.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand costs and profit/loss.
• Operations and Logistics: manage fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
