Enterprise Mobility invites undergraduates to join a one-year Management Placement Programme, based in one of our retail branches. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations within a supportive environment.

You’ll gain real-world business experience from day one and have access to mentorship and development opportunities that could shape your career path.

Qualifications

• We welcome all undergraduate students regardless of university attended or subject studied.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Connect with local business partners, grow networks and relationships.
• Understand the financial mechanics of the business, including cost control and profitability.
• Learn to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance in operations and logistics.
• Take the lead in mentoring and developing teammates as you grow.
