Enterprise Mobility in Bristol is offering a paid one-year Management Placement Programme for undergraduates. Based in a retail branch, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentorship and real responsibility from day one.

This placement includes potential for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives and referrals, and supports development through formal training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students eligible regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodation for applicants who can't drive due to disability considered.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
