Opera North is seeking an enthusiastic marketing professional to own in-house paid digital marketing campaigns across social platforms and PPC. Based at the Howard Opera Centre in Leeds, the role involves end-to-end campaign design, budgeting and live optimisation.
You will collaborate with the Website & SEO Specialist and the wider Acquisition Marketing team to write copy, target audiences, and test creative to maximise engagement and conversions. Some travel to venues is required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative marketing professional to take ownership of developing and executing the in-house paid digital marketing strategies at Opera North. This is a rare opportunity to delve deep into paid digital in the arts. You'll have agency of the paid digital campaigns.
Contract type: Fixed Term, Full Time (ending 12th October 2027)
Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 per annum
Hours of work: 35 hours per week (some weekend and evening work will be required)
Place of work: you will be based at Howard Opera Centre, Leeds (you'll be expected to travel to other venues as part of the role also)
Holiday entitlement: 33 days inclusive of 8 statutory holidays, per annum (pro rata)
Pension: Opera North will automatically enroll you into the company pension scheme upon appointment and after 3 months' service will contribute equivalent to 5.5% of your basic pay, should you meet the current legislative criteria. You will be required to make a personal contribution of 2.5% of your basic pay. We reserve the right to make future changes to our pension arrangements.
