You will collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Account Manager and other team members to plan, implement, and analyze campaigns that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities

Digital PPC

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms
• Assist in managing campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Prepare and present performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and dashboards
• Monitor campaign metrics, identify trends, and refine creative, messaging, or targeting strategies
• Collaborate with creative, media planning, and account teams for effective campaigns
• Contribute to campaign planning and proposals with insights and data
• Stay updated with platform updates, tools, and digital trends
• Assist in content planning, ad copy, and creative suggestions
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in campaign setup and execution

General & Administrative

• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare contact reports
• Conduct research and data collection for client projects
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks for the Digital Advertising and Media teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience in digital marketing or similar roles is essential. We’re seeking candidates who:

• Understand paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Are well-organized, with multitasking and prioritization skills
• Meet deadlines and manage campaign budgets

• Prepare client reports on campaign performance
