Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Winnersh is offering a University Intern - Clinical Trial Coordinator. This 12-month paid internship starts September 2027 and requires a minimum of two days per week at our head office.

As part of Clinical Development Operations, you will support regulatory activities, trial documentation, and systems, coordinating between country teams, sites and external stakeholders to help trials run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Life Sciences degree and completing a placement year.
• A minimum of three A levels at grades BBC, with at least one grade in a science subject.
• The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• Excellent administrative skills and strong organisational capability.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and carry out regulatory-defined tasks in line with standards.
• Support smooth trial operations and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Work with trial teams and sites to support UK and Ireland delivery.
• Maintain and oversee technical systems used to manage trials.
• Help ensure the Trial Master File is complete and high quality.
