Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH invites applications for a University Intern - Clinical Trial Feasibility Coordinator based at our head office in Winnersh, UK. You will support the UK and Ireland team in assessing sites and investigators for upcoming trials and help prepare feasibility materials for decision making.

Starting September 2027, this 12-month paid internship requires a minimum of two days per week in the Winnersh office.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Life Sciences with a placement year.
• Three A levels at ABB, at least one in a science subject.
• Right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• Ability to travel to the usual place of work and other sites.
• Ability to gather, review and interpret trial metric data for feasibility decisions.

Responsibilities

• Use digital tools to support country- and site-level feasibility assessments.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for feasibility activities.
• Assist in assessing sites and investigators for upcoming trials.
• Gather and present information from multiple sources for feasibility meetings.
• Distribute and organise expressions of interest and site questionnaires.
