Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim UK invites applications for a 12-month paid internship in Winnersh, starting September 2027. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will support regulatory tasks, trial documentation and stakeholder communication to help delivery of trials in the UK and Ireland.

You will gain experience across feasibility, start-up, maintenance and reporting, with training in clinical trial management systems and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Life Sciences degree with placement year.
• Three A levels at BBC grades, including at least one science.
• Right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• Willingness to travel to the usual place of work and other sites.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and carry out regulatory-defined tasks in line with internal standards.
• Support trial operations and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Work with trial teams and sites to support UK and Ireland delivery.
• Maintain and oversee technical systems used to manage trials.
• Help ensure the Trial Master File is complete and high quality.
