Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Paid Acquisition Lead on behalf of a fast-growing consumer mobile/gaming client. The role is based in London with remote work until October 2026, after which in-person presence is required.

You will select audiences, determine messaging and ad types, and run campaigns with the media buyer and creative lead. You’ll own the weekly testing cadence across Meta, TikTok and Google, pull cohort data, and decide which audiences to back.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years consumer mobile UA experience.
• Proven in managing $50K+/month spend.
• Gaming background preferred.
• Expertise across Meta/TikTok/Google ads.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly testing cadence across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Pull cohort data and decide audiences to back or kill.
• Build a repeatable hypothesis → test → learning process.
