Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to support children in school settings, with clinic-based and remote opportunities as appropriate. You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based interventions, while coordinating with teachers, parents and other professionals to embed communication support throughout the school day.

• BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess children and young people with SEND and related needs.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions.
• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Balance direct therapy with consultation and assessment duties.
