Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Paediatric Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in London to support children and young people with SEND, autism and language needs. You’ll deliver direct therapy, provide assessment and consultation, and collaborate with schools and families to embed communication support throughout the day.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settings.
• Ability to work with SEND, autism and developmental language needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess children and young people with SEND and developmental language needs.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions.
• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome Reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Balance direct therapy with assessment, consultation and joined-up support.
