Job summary

KT Healthcare is seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our associate team in Oxfordshire. You will deliver targeted SLT across SEND and education settings, collaborating with families, schools and other professionals to support communication and participation.

The role includes 12 direct therapy hours and 6 indirect hours per academic year, with potential for more work. Flexible pattern to suit students and families, with HCPC registration and independent

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and paediatric SLT qualification.
• Experience with children and young people in community or educational settings.
• Experience with SEND and neurodevelopmental needs; strong assessment and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy.
• Assess needs and develop therapy targets.
• Develop and demonstrate therapeutic strategies and activities.
• Provide written programmes, recommendations and resources.
• Review progress and adapt intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Produce reports and contribute to annual reviews.
• Liaise with parents, education staff and other professionals.
