Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a CYP Speech & Language Therapist to contribute to MDT diagnostic formulations and deliver specialist assessments for neurodevelopmental pathways in paediatric settings. You will gather evidence from families, schools and professionals to inform clinical recommendations and child participation.

The role supports autism/ ADHD assessments with strong clinical leadership and governance, offering a stable team and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Current HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Significant post-qualification experience within paediatric, CAMHS or neurodevelopmental services.
• Experience conducting communication assessments within CYP diagnostic pathways.

Responsibilities

• Complete specialist speech, language and communication assessments.
• Gather and analyse evidence from families, schools and professionals.
• Contribute CYP Speech & Language Therapist expertise to MDT diagnostic formulation.
• Produce clear reports and recommendations supporting communication and participation.
