Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Nursing Associate (Band 4) to join the Paediatric Ward in Camberley. You will work under supervision to provide high-quality, patient-centred care for children and young people in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a permanent contract with full-time hours (37.5 per week), and part-time hours may be considered. An induction, ongoing training, and clear career progression pathways are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to evaluate strengths and development needs with guidance.
• Experience handling complex, sensitive information.
• Evidence of supporting and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, patient-centred care under supervision, focusing on health and independence.
• Demonstrate NHS values in everyday practice.

• Work as part of a designated clinical and care team to meet patient needs.
• Carry out clinical tasks under direction of a registered nurse or related professional.
• Work with less supervision when appropriate within the patient’s care plan.
