Job summary

Pulse Nursing is seeking registered Paediatric Nurses (Band 5 & 6) for flexible shifts across South West London. We aim to remove the hassles of booking shifts, timesheets and instability, so you can focus on the job you love.

Get the freedom to work on your terms with shifts from Monday to Sunday and bookable in advance up to three months. Requirements include valid NMC registration, at least 6 months NHS paediatric experience, two professional references, DBS (or application) and proof of

• At least 6 months recent UK NHS paediatric experience.
• Ability to provide professional references for the last 3 years.

• Administer medications, draw blood, and give vaccines per guidelines.

Pulse Nursing are offering a variety of shifts forregistered and experienced Band 5 & 6 Paediatric Nurses in South West London. We understand that being a Paediatric Nurse can be challenging. Get the freedom to work how you want, when you want with our flexible shifts available from Monday through to Sunday. With Pulse you can plan ahead with our block bookings, available to book up to 3 months in advance.

What you will be doing as a Registered Paediatric Nurse

• Assess, evaluate, implement and review patients, ranging from 0-18 years old.
• Administering medications, drawing blood, and giving childhood vaccinations following age-appropriate guidelines.
• Receiving handovers from staff and being given a caseload of patients.
• Encourage families to be involved in the care of their child.
• Using your skills to give high levels of care, whilst learning new skills.
• Contribute to maintaining the ward environment ensuring it is safe, clean and tidy.

Pulse Nursing agency requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• Valid NMC registration
• At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Paediatric Sector
• Ability to provide a clinical reference as well as covering the last three years of employment
• Able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one.
• Proof of right to work within the UK
