Job summary

The OUH NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist MSK/Orthopaedics to join the paediatric orthopaedic team at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford. The post is a fixed term / secondment for 8 months, 15 hours per week across two days (ideally Friday).

The role focuses on DDH, Ponseti, MSK and casting clinics, under supervision of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner. Applicants should have a solid background in paediatric orthopaedics and MSK, with experience

Qualifications

• Solid background in paediatric orthopaedics and MSK.
• Experience of Ponseti and DDH preferred.
• Clinical audit and service development experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To support the delivery of the Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) and CTEV (Congenital Talipes Equinovarus) Ponseti service, alongside the Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Paediatric Orthopaedics.
