NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead Paediatric and Learning Disability Physiotherapy Services. As Service Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people across NHS Lanarkshire.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to deliver improved outcomes, drive service improvements, and translate national policy into practical care enhancements.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Educated to/working towards Masters level.
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NHS Scotland’s Leadership Qualities framework or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for planning and operational framework of the physiotherapy service within area of responsibility.
• Contributes to strategic planning and policy development for the Physiotherapy Service across NHS Lanarkshire.
• Line management and professional leadership of staff across establishments and partner agencies.
• Provide clinical support to less experienced physiotherapists within their area.
