NHS Lanarkshire seeks a senior CAMHS AHP Service lead to oversee occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and dietetics within CAMHS. You will manage strategy, governance and budgeting, while guiding a multi-disciplinary team across Lanarkshire to deliver high-quality child and adolescent mental health care.

You will drive workforce planning, policy development and clinical improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with NHSL CAMHS processes and national guidelines.

Formación

• Degree level education or equivalent pre-registration AHP qualification.
• Registered Member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Breadth of CPD and additional postgraduate or post-registration study equivalent to Masters level.
• Evidence of formal management or leadership courses up to Masters level.
• A driving licence is required (UK/EU/EEA).
• Comprehensive knowledge of national policy, CAMHS guidelines and professional agendas.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning and operational management of CAMHS AHP Service across Lanarkshire.
• Oversee HR functions, workforce planning and policy development.
• Manage financials, performance and career development within the service.
• Lead quality and clinical improvement initiatives and service redesign.
• Provide leadership for multi-disciplinary teams and ensure smooth inter-agency collaboration.
