Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Paediatric Radiographer to train in Angiography and Interventional Radiology (IR) and join a dedicated paediatric imaging team.

The role involves rotating through Interventional, Cardiac angiography and General Imaging, delivering high-quality imaging while following protocols, and participating in on-call shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Band 6 Paediatric Radiography preferred or working towards specialist paediatric radiography.
• Willingness to train in Angiography and Interventional Radiology (IR).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Interventional, Cardiac angiography and General Imaging to deliver efficient imaging with high radiographic standards.
• Adhere to departmental protocols, procedures and evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide family-centred imaging care for children and families.
• Participate in on-call/shift roster including weekends and bank holidays.
