Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust Basildon Hospital is seeking a Specialist Radiographer in Cardiac/Interventional Radiology (Band 6) to join the Cardiac and Interventional Radiography team.

You will work across two interventional PCI labs, electrophysiology/devices lab, structural/devices lab, diagnostic angiography lab, and a vascular hybrid theatre, with a mobile service for some vascular cases. The post is full-time 37.5 hours with on-call commitment.

Formación

• Current HCPC UK registration.
• BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Evidence of post graduation CPD in specialist area.
• Theatre and mobile image intensifier experience.
• Cardiology, Interventional Radiology or Vascular experience.
• Interest in Interventional fluoroscopic procedures across all areas.

Responsabilidades

• Within the Cardiac Cath Labs we have 2 dedicated interventional PCI labs, 1 electrophysiology/devices lab, 1 structural/devices lab, and 1 diagnostic angiography/devices lab.
• The Hybrid Theatre is dedicated to our Vascular team, and we also provide a mobile II service for some Vascular cases.
• Within Interventional Radiology we have a state-of-the-art Siemens IR suite, and a new Fluoroscopy room.
