Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a paediatric physiotherapist for a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover of 9 months. You will work in inpatient paediatrics with the aim of delivering high-quality assessment and treatment to children aged 0–19 years within a multidisciplinary team.

You will join a dedicated team focused on developing specialist paediatric skills, leadership and audit, and you will be supported in professional development and clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
• Substantial postgraduate paediatric experience and leadership.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for infants to 19-year-olds.
• Work within inpatient paediatric service in a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
