CHAS at Home in Kinross is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse to lead the delivery and development of specialist paediatric palliative care in the community. You will provide clinical leadership to the CHAS at Home team and collaborate with NHS and Health and Social Care Partnerships to ensure compassionate, accessible care at home.

You must be a Registered Nurse (Child) or Registered Nurse (Learning Disability) with a degree, plus senior NHS Band 6+ experience and a commitment to developing services

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Child) or Registered Nurse (Learning Disability) with degree level
• Substantial nursing experience including NHS Band 6 level or above
• Experience in children’s palliative care and care around dying

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery and development of specialist paediatric palliative care within the community
• Provide clinical and professional leadership to the CHAS at Home team
• Collaborate with CHAS, NHS and Health & Social Care Partnerships
• Develop accessible, responsive and equitable care models for home-based care
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement and accountability
