Job summary

First Option Healthcare Ltd is seeking Healthcare Assistants to support children and adults with complex needs in their own homes around Bognor Regis. You will deliver personalized care to promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing during night shifts on a 10-hour package.

Responsibilities include 1:1 care, moving and handling, medication administration, and following care plans. The role offers competitive pay (£15–£18 per hour), weekly pay, and opportunities for bespoke training with CPD

• Experience with non-invasive ventilation BiPAP equipment.
• Ability to administer medications safely and accurately.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our packages based near Bognor Regis West Sussex.

Shifts Available:

Night Only Package 10 hour nights

Payrate:

Mon - Fri £15 / Weekends £18

Experience Required:

• Non-Invasive Ventilator - BiPAP
• Medication Administration

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home
• Moving & Handling
• Medication Management
• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed accordingly
