Job summary

First Option Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join a growing team and work one-on-one with patients in family homes across Downham Market and surrounding areas.

The role requires experience with spinal injuries, personal care, and a friendly, reliable attitude. A driving licence is preferred to transport the client to appointments. Weekly payments and a range of permanent or ad-hoc shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care.
• Ability to use complex care equipment and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures.
• Supporting clients outside of the home for appointments.
• Caring for patients in their own home and building rapport with family.
• Ensure care plans are followed and changes escalated to clinical leads.

Here at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in their family homes.

We are looking for HCA'S / Carers with experience working with a lovely middle aged gentleman.

• Automatic Driving License (to take client to appointments in his car)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures
• Supporting clients outside of the home where required i.e., medical appointments.
• Caring for patients within their own home and building a rapport with family members
• Ensure care plans and other information are followed and any changes are escalated to clinical leads efficiently and safely.
