First Option Healthcare Mobilisation services are currently recruiting HCAs to join our Talent pool in Chichester and vicinity. We are seeking individuals with experience in working with young children aged 3-7 with complex needs, to provide dedicated high-complexity care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, BIPAP management, medication administration and thorough documentation. A licensed driver is desirable, with DBS clearance and training prerequisites.
