The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust invites applications for a Paediatric High Dependency Unit Manager. You will lead a dynamic nursing team in Level 2 HDU, working with the management team to develop the unit and mentor juniors to achieve competencies in HDU skills, caring for children with acute and chronic conditions.

You must be a registered Children's Nurse with RSCN or RN Child, have Mentorship/Supervisor and Assessor training, and maintain ongoing professional updates.

Competenze

• Registered Children’s Nurse with RSCN or RN Child qualification.
• Mentorship or Supervisor and Assessor Course completed.
• Evidence of professional updating within the last 12 months.
• Management experience and evidence of effective leadership skills preferred.

Mansioni

• As a team leader, manage your own staff and ensure mandatory training and annual personal development reviews are completed.
• Lead the team clinically and undertake some managerial responsibilities.
