University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust invites applications for an Emergency Medicine Medical Education OOPE (Paediatric) Fellow. The post is a fixed one-year position in the Paediatric ED, with 50% dedicated to Medical Education and 50% to clinical duties.

Fixed one-year position in Paediatric Emergency Department with 50% Education and 50% clinical work.

Mansioni

Aid the Postgraduate Education lead in overseeing education for all grades of medical practitioners in the department.
Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programmes within the Emergency Department (Adult/Paediatric content and East Midlands Healthcare Workforce Deanery VLE).
Maintain and develop departmental FOAMed content for EM3learn.com and contribute to RCEMLearning where able.
Support the facilitation of WBPA shop-floor teaching sessions and CBD clinics.
Work with the Emergency Department Educational Team reporting to the Medical Director and Associate Medical Director for Medical Education.
Link with UHLE Educational strategy focusing on quality and governance.
