Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead in Norfolk to oversee clinical standards and manage a caseload of around 10 complex care packages, including four paediatric packages. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive £50,000–£55,000 salary, depending on experience.

We welcome experienced community, paediatric and complex care nurses with strong leadership, assessment and coaching skills to join a supportive team and develop high‑quality home care services.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as an RSCN or RGN.
• Experience in community complex care.
• Background in paediatric nursing, homecare or similar.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to travel across Norfolk.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10 community complex care packages, including 4 paediatric packages.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and reviews.
• Provide supervision, guidance and training to Nurses and HCAs.
