Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to oversee complex paediatric care packages across Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive clinical standards, and mentor staff while working in a hybrid role with some home-based days.

The role requires an NMC registered paediatric nurse with experience in complex care packages, including high-level clinical needs, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Registered Childrens Nurse with NMC registration and Paediatric experience.
• Experience managing complex paediatric care packages.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex paediatric care packages, including assessments and care planning.
• Provide clinical leadership through supervision and mentoring of nurses and care teams.
• Drive clinical governance via audits, spot checks and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while delivering specialist training.
