Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Adult Clinical Lead to oversee community complex care packages across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will provide clinical leadership, governance, assessments and service development in a growing provider.

The role offers hybrid working, a strong focus on progression into regional clinical leadership, and a comprehensive benefits package for an experienced nurse leader in community care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and UK registration.
• Minimum three years’ UK adult complex care or community nursing experience.
• Experience with high-acuity needs including tracheostomy and ventilation.
• Strong assessment, care planning, governance and competency sign-off abilities.
• Previous senior nurse or Adult Clinical Lead experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across Norfolk and Suffolk with a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of 8–10 adult complex care packages across Norfolk and Suffolk.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and structured reviews.
• Support mobilisation and ongoing management of complex community care packages.
• Deliver clinical training and competency sign-off for Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
• Work closely with families, case managers, commissioners, ICBs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead safeguarding, clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement as an Adult Clinical Lead.
