Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Children's Nurse with post-registration Burns experience.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Experience in a senior nursing role and in teaching/assessing.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible clinical and professional leadership to the Paediatric Burns nursing team.
- Ensure safe staffing, staffing mix and use of HealthRoster and SafeCare.
- Lead quality, safety and clinical governance, including incident management and audits.
- Support continuous improvement and policy development within the service.
- Oversee staffing resources and workforce planning with the Matron and team.
