Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Substantive Consultant in Anaesthetics with a specialist interest in Paediatrics. The role involves joining a team of anaesthetists and intensivists to deliver high‑quality care for children, including infant surgery and MRI under GA.

You will contribute to service development within a progressive district general hospital. The post offers 10 PAs with flexible working options, and on‑call involvement across Calderdale and Huddersfield

Qualifications

• FRCA/FFICM or equivalent required.
• GMC Licence to Practise required.
• Specialist registration in Anaesthetics/ICU preferred or within 6 months of eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide high standard of care with clinical responsibility.
• Participate in the on‑call rota and be available at Calderdale or Huddersfield.
• Contribute to paediatric anaesthesia services and infant surgery initiatives.
