Job summary

apetito Wiltshire Farm Foods in Wiltshire is recruiting for a packing operative to join the on-site packing department. You will check products after freezing, ensure suitability for packing, and assist packing on one of ten lines.

You will help keep areas tidy, maintain quality, and raise any concerns to the team leader. The role is 40 hours per week with shifts 14:00-22:00 or 15:00-23:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and pro-active work style.
• Able to remain standing for extended periods.
• Good English speaking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep packing department tidy and auditable.
• Quality check packs while packing.
• Raise safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support other roles in the department when required.
• Maintain line speeds and be flexible across lines.
