Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd is recruiting a Production Operative to join the Packing Centre in the United Kingdom. You will support the production team by receiving product into the factory, following GMP and site procedures, with full training provided.

The role involves performing a range of packing and quality tasks on a fast‑moving line, working a continental shift pattern (7am–6pm) across 37.25 hours per week. Overtime is available and a range of employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspection: Visual removal of materials that do not meet the required standards.
• Denester: Loading production packaging into the production flow.
• Bed end: Processing semi‑processed units into outer case receptacles.
• Box line: Loading and labelling finished goods onto transportation vessels.
• Safe Working: Promote a safe working environment by reporting and escalating issues.
• Monitor and control: Check quality during production and reprocess as required.
• Reporting discrepancies to leadership when quality or customer specs are not met.
• Following processes and procedures as trained in GMP guidelines.
• Assist all team members with startup, changeover and post‑production activities.
• Changeovers and startup: Set up equipment as instructed; escalate faults.
• Cleaning: Assist with cleaning and general area upkeep.
• Training: Support new starters and agency staff with guidance.
