Job description

As our next Packing Operator you will be required to operate all packing lines and ancillary plant and meet agreed output requirements on time, in full and right condition.

To ensure product integrity in all production and warehouse areas, you will:

  • Ensure that output meets agreed targets.
  • Ensure that production meets specification at all times.
  • Ensure that cleaning and operational maintenance is carried out to agreed schedules.
  • Assist with fault diagnosis and recording of equipment performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all company, product, process, and legislative standards including health & safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure that the production plans are understood and achieved.
  • Ensure that the packing areas, people, and contractors all operate to local hygiene standards at all times.
  • Ensure that training is undertaken as an outcome of any performance reviews.
  • Assist in any site role, as required.
  • Operate a 'Clean as you go' policy.
