As our next Packing Operator, you will be required to operate all packing lines and ancillary plant, meeting agreed output requirements on time, in full, and in the right condition to ensure product integrity in all production and warehouse areas.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure that output meets agreed targets.
2. Ensure that production meets specifications at all times.
3. Carry out cleaning and operational maintenance as per schedules.
4. Assist with fault diagnosis and record equipment performance issues.
5. Comply with all company, product, process, legislative standards, including H & S and Environmental standards.
6. Understand and achieve production plans.
7. Maintain hygiene standards in packing areas, with personnel and contractors.
8. Undertake training following performance reviews.
9. Assist in any site role as required.
10. Operate a 'Clean as you go' policy.
