Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Packing Operatives for our Bristol site that produces a wide range of own-label sauces and soups for major UK retailers. Immediate starts are available with 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off cycle. Roles involve packing, operating machinery, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Full training is provided, and there is a temp-to-perm path for the right candidate. Conversations in English are required, and applicants should be comfortable standing for

Staffline is recruiting Packing Operatives in

Bristol.

The rate of pay is:

• Days £13.10 per hour
• Nights £14.10 per hour

This role offers rotational shifts,

4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Packing Operative, your duties include:

• Efficiently packing products to meet standards
• Operating and maintaining machinery
• Performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Engaging in physically demanding work safely and effectively
• Picking and packing products for dispatch
• Ensuring that your work area and equipment are kept clean and tidy.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will work well independently and as part of a wider team within a fast-paced environment. You will be punctual, reliable, and communicate effectively.

There will be some manual handling involved in this role, so you will be happy to stand for long periods of time.

Applicants must have conversational English.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
