Job summary

Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable night shift packer for a busy food manufacturing facility in Willand. You will join a fast-paced packing team, ensuring products are packed, checked and prepared to quality standards, with full training provided.

This temp-to-perm position offers £13.36–£20.04 per hour, plus a £5 daily bonus. Working 01:30 to 09:30 Tuesday to Saturday, candidates should be punctual, detail‑focused and able to follow processes in a safety‑minded

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing, production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Packing finished food products ready for distribution
• Checking products meet the required quality standards
• Labelling, sealing and preparing products for dispatch
• Ensuring the correct products and quantities are packed
• Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced packing line
• Completing relevant production and packing paperwork accurately
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Reporting any product, packaging or quality issues to the relevant team leader
• Maintaining high standards of quality throughout your shift

The Role

Working as part of a busy packing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring finished food products are packed, checked and prepared to the required standards.

You'll work within a fast-paced production environment where quality, accuracy, food safety and teamwork are essential.

About You
