Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Packing Operative in Chard for a role involving cutting, wrapping and boxing cheeses in a cool environment. No previous experience required as full training is provided; good communication and the ability to follow instructions are important.

The position offers Monday to Friday shifts with a temp-to-perm route and on-site support from Staffline. On-site parking is available and PPE is provided.

Packing Operative for our client, who is known for over 40 years of expertise in producing traditionally ripened soft mould cheeses, including awardâ€‑winning Somerset Brie, Camembert, and goat's cheeses.

Staffline is recruiting Packing Operatives in

Chard.

The rate of pay is

This role offers both full and part-time hours

Monday - Friday. The shifts will depend on the weekly requirements.

Your Time at Work

As a Packing Operative you will be responsible for:

• Working in a fairly cool environment
• Cutting, wrapping, and boxing cheeses
• Carrying out general cleaning duties

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal packing operative is comfortable standing for long periods and able to carry out manual handling duties such as bending and lifting.

Applicants will have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow instructions.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
