Job summary

Zayo Europe is seeking a technically strong and commercially aware Packet Product Architect to shape, scale and evolve its packet product portfolio. You will bridge Product, Engineering, Architecture and Operations to translate strategy into scalable network capabilities and operational readiness.

Your role includes technical leadership across the lifecycle, from roadmap input to release delivery, onboarding, and support for complex customer solutions, with a focus on standardisation and cost

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Solutions Architect or similar roles in telecoms.
• Strong packet networking, IP services, routing, Ethernet and VPN knowledge.
• Experience translating customer and commercial needs into scalable, standardised solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical, commercial and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead packet product roadmap input, prioritising based on capability, cost and scalability.
• Coordinate releases, architecture alignment, standards and onboarding.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Design network architectures to support expansion with resilience and cost effectiveness.
• Own product cost base and identify optimisation opportunities with stakeholders.
