Job summary

Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fibre Product Architect to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of fibre-related services in London. You will define strategy, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specs and user stories to drive development from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, sales and marketing to craft market-leading offerings, monetization plans, and data-driven metrics while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years as Product Manager or Sales Engineer in telecom/SaaS/services.
Data-driven and proficient with Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Fibre expertise and telecom background.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
French or German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert and evangelist for the product.
Gather insights on competitive landscape, market requirements and product needs.
Regularly interact with key customers to ensure product-market fit.
Provide input on roadmaps and align with technical constraints.
Equip go-to-market teams with product knowledge and messaging.
Define monetization, tiers and feature sets for the product.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and content.
Define metrics and data quality; demonstrate metrics in code when needed.
Clarify product direction, performance and priorities across the organisation.
