Job summary

A recruitment partnership is looking for a Packaging Technician in Worthing. This role involves working in a busy environment in the Pharmaceutical Packaging Department with training provided for all tasks. Candidates will need to maintain a clean workspace and have basic English and Maths skills. The salary ranges from £16.47 to £18.30 per hour, with overtime at £23.72 per hour.   • Perform quality assurance checks on finished packaging.

Based in Worthing

£16.47 to £18.30 Per Hour

Overtime paying £23.72 Per Hour – once you have completed the initial training period.

Night Shift

Monday to Thursday 21.45 to 07.15

38 hours per week

1 year contract

My client based in Worthing is seeking to recruit people to work in their Pharmaceutical Packaging Department. This area is a busy environment and requires candidates to have a can‑do work ethic and be able to multitask. There is also a requirement to be able to fill in auditable documentation correctly. Training is given at every step.

Key Skills Required
  • Basic English (written and reading) and Maths skills – GCSE's.
  • To be able to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Ability to operate packaging machinery (training given).
  • Good work ethic and a team player.
Training will be provided on the following
  • Perform quality assurance checks on finished packaging.
  • Assemble boxes and other packaging materials.

  • Have a good understanding of GMP (Good manufacturing practice).
